Assignment Details

Our client, India's leading special event agency, is looking for a Purchase Manager to build and standardize procurement systems, streamline vendor management, and drive cost efficiency through structured processes and commercial governance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop structured vendor databases, rate cards, and benchmarking frameworks to standardize procurement.
  • Lead vendor negotiations, onboarding, and pricing alignment to optimize costs and payment terms.
  • Implement purchase tracking systems, invoice controls, and asset accountability processes.
  • Set up inventory, warehouse, and inward/outward tracking mechanisms for materials and equipment.
  • Create procurement workflows, templates, and reporting tools while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Location- Santa Cruz, Mumbai
Capacity- Full-time

Duration- 3-6 months

Skills Required

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation expertise
  • Procurement system setup and process-building capability
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data tracking skills
