Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational consumer products company is looking to engage with a 
supply chain finance professional.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support S4 Hana SAP transition, including finance and supply chain module setup for manufacturing plants.
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and documentation for finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Validate and manage end-to-end finance processes such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Perform transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), prepare dashboards, and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards for production variance forecasting, support new product costing, business case evaluations, and raise early warnings on costing or BOM issues.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 Hana with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).
  • Expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting processes including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Skilled in variance analysis, forecasting, and dashboard development for logistics and production costs.
  • Ability to conduct testing, issue resolution, and process validation across integrated finance systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
