Our client, a leading global specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Expert Consultant to support the Logistics & Warehouse Digitization Program aimed at deploying and harmonizing Freight Audit & Payment (FAP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and an AI-Driven Logistics Chatbot across global sites. The program will establish standardized processes, data models, workflows, governance, and automation frameworks required for seamless alignment with the future UNIFY global architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead/Support implementation of FAP, WMS, and TMS solutions across multiple sites
Design and standardize end-to-end warehouse and transport workflows
Define and harmonize data structures across WMS/TMS/FAP platforms
Configure, test, and validate system modules (SIT/UAT)
Support integration across ERP systems using API/EDI connectivity
Contribute to development and deployment of AI-Driven Logistics Chatbot including operational logic and knowledge base
Develop global SOPs, governance templates, and scalable process frameworks
Drive stakeholder engagement across operations, IT, and finance
Support training, user adoption, and readiness activities
Monitor KPIs aligned with UNIFY reporting standards
Contract Duration: 6 months

Core Technical Expertise
Proven track record implementing WMS, TMS, or FAP solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and warehouse processes
Experience in system integrations (API, EDI, ERP connectivity)
Familiarity with AI chatbots and automation frameworks
Ability to design scalable and standardized process flows
Programming Languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript
Data & ML: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit Learn, Excel, Power Bi
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Tools & Technologies: AWS, Apache Spark, Kafka, GIT, GitHub, Figma, Trello, Asana, OpenAI API (ChatGPT)
Methodologies: Data Preprocessing, ERD, EERD, Databases Management, PMP Framework and Methodologies, Cloud Computing, MERN, Web Scraping
Leadership & Transformation Competencies
Experience driving multi-site digitization or global transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in process harmonization and change management
Ability to guide sites through standardization and convergence
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Experience
Background in global logistics, warehousing, or transport networks
