Our client, a global specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Flow Set-up and SAP Data Management Consultant. The role will support project data setup and operational activities for the Virtual Factory. The incumbent will work closely with the Project Manager to establish workflows, support system integrations, and ensure smooth transition of project activities into production.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project data setup activities for Virtual Factory projects
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to define and establish new workflows
Assist in EDI setup and testing activities for Virtual Factory
Update SAP for AB/LA postings and related transactions
Support Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Requisition (PR) activities for new projects
Ensure smooth handover of project-related activities to the production team
Experience in project coordination or project operations support
Working knowledge of SAP (AB/LA postings preferred)
Exposure to EDI processes and testing is an advantage
Understanding of PO and PR processes
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good data management capabilities
