Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for Supply Chain Design & Planning Consultant. 
 

Mission: Supply Chain Design & Planning

- For each project of OLM (Offer Lifecycle Management), ensure that Supply Chain processes are designed, implemented, and qualified in the different phases of OLM to achieve customer lead time, on-time delivery, inventory health, and sales targets.

- Functionally manage several regional Supply Chain Planning & Logistics teams on multiple projects across geographies.
 

Key Responsibilities / Activities


-Ensure the Logistic Offer definition

Build and challenge key Customer Logistic Offer elements with Marketing, impacting the Supply Chain architecture definition to balance customer requirements with Supply Chain capabilities and costs.


-Select, Adapt & Implement Upstream / Downstream Supply Chain Architecture

Define logistics and SC planning parameters and flows (from suppliers to DC).

Optimize flows throughout the E2E SC.

Coordinate master data creation/updates between all SC entities concerned.

Contribute to supplier selection (including Tier 2–3) and Make-or-Buy decisions with SC cost & service evaluation.

Propose, formalize, and validate Logistic Terms & Conditions, including consignment.


-Drive Supply Chain performance to project targeted level

Build and drive the launch for FG & components to secure availability for Sell date and support sales using Kinaxis Offer Creation Process Module.

Organize and follow the post-sell performance review (including action plan).


-Visibility of Project in SIOP Process

Provide visibility, report project status, escalate if needed, and follow up action plans with the SIOP Manager.

Manage the Step 1 (Offer review) instance with MoM (data-pack).


-Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations (Logistics & Planning processes)


-Build and drive the Global Substitution Plan and PWP (New & Old Range)

Animate ramp-up and/or ramp-down plan definition and execution, minimizing scrap risk.

Ensure detailed follow-up with regions and execution.

-Expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning (forecasting, DRP, production planning).

-Experience with OLM and SIOP processes.

-Proficiency in Kinaxis or similar SC planning tools and ERP systems.

-Strong background in flow design, supplier selection, and cost optimization.

-Experience in ramp-up/ramp-down management and inventory health.

-Solid project management and cross-regional leadership skills.

-Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.

-Comfortable working in global, multi-regional, multi-lingual environments.
