Our client,a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for an Upstream Planning Leader.
Require one Person as Upstream Planning Leader role. He/she will play key role in executing Upstream transformation projects for KMVC working closely with LoB & Deployment for co-ordinating actions on Duplication projects, Line Transfer and New Product deployment. Moving forward, will also work with Plant and Suppliers for improving upstream performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute upstream transformation projects such as duplication projects, production line transfers, and new product deployments.
Coordinate with LoB, Deployment Teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of actions and timelines.
Collaborate closely with Plants and Suppliers to enhance upstream efficiency and performance.
Manage and maintain Master Data in SAP to ensure data integrity across supply chain functions.
Utilize project management best practices to track milestones, manage risks, and drive timely execution.
Support the development and implementation of standardized upstream planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in Upstream Planning.
Strong understanding of SAP systems, especially related to materials, BOMs, and procurement.
Hands-on experience in Master Data Management within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or SAP modules is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing, new product introduction, or supplier coordination.
