Our client, a leading global investment firm is looking to engage with a Consultant to Lead end-to-end ERP selection and implementation for a multi-site hospital chain in the Philippines - owning the program from requirements and vendor/partner selection through contracting, implementation, change management, go-live, and rollout stabilization.
Key responsibilities:
-ERP strategy & requirements: Define target processes and functional requirements across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, fixed assets, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting; align with hospital operations.
-Vendor selection: Run RFI/RFP, demos, scoring models, reference checks, and final recommendation for hospital-appropriate ERP.
-Implementation partner selection: Identify, evaluate, and contract a qualified SI/implementation partner; set delivery model and governance.
-Commercials & negotiation: Build ERP TCO model (licenses/subscriptions, SI, integrations, data migration, infra, support, upgrades), negotiate commercials and contract terms (SOW, SLAs, acceptance criteria, change control, IP, warranties, milestones, penalties).
-Program leadership: Stand up and run PMO; manage timeline, budget, RAID, quality gates, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting.
-Delivery oversight: Ensure strong design/build/test approach (fit-gap, integrations, data migration, UAT, security, controls, cutover planning).
-Change management & rollout: Drive org readiness, training strategy, super-user network, comms plan, adoption metrics; support phased rollout across facilities and post-go-live stabilization.
-Hospital-specific focus: Ensure workflows fit hospital realities (multi-site operations, purchasing/stockroom, clinical-supporting processes, audit/compliance, revenue and cost controls) and minimize operational disruption.

Must-have experience
-10+ years ERP program delivery, including 5+ years leading ERP implementations in hospitals/health systems
-Led at least 2 end-to-end ERP selections and 2+ hospital ERP implementations through go-live (multi-site strongly preferred).
-Proven ability to run vendor + SI partner selection, and negotiate enterprise contracts and implementation SOWs.
-Strong in ERP commercials/TCO, milestone-based payment structures, and scope/change control.
-Deep program leadership: executive stakeholder management, governance, and delivery discipline.
-Strong change management track record in hospital environments (training, adoption, workflow change).
Preferred
-Philippines healthcare delivery context experience (regulatory, procurement norms, talent availability) or strong emerging-market delivery experience.
-Familiarity with leading ERP ecosystems used in healthcare (at least one of Oracle ERP or SAP).
-Experience integrating ERP with HIS/EMR, LIS, RIS/PACS, payroll/HRIS, procurement platforms, and data/BI.
