Our client is a global FMCG company and is looking to engage with a Procurement Specialist with excellent project management, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to design and maintain effective tracking mechanisms.
Key Resposibilties:
1-Drive end-to-end coordination for Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities, ensuring supplier compliance with defined standards and timelines.
2-Track, monitor, and follow up with suppliers for timely submission of required documentation and evidence.
3-Identify risks or delays proactively, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution through stakeholder intervention.
4-Maintain structured trackers and dashboards for visibility, governance reporting, and progress monitoring.
5-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and track Resilience Action Plans on platforms such as PEGA.
6-Establish and manage recurring reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with updates on progress, risks, and open actions.
7-Ensure timely closure of resilience and risk mitigation activities through consistent follow-ups.
8-Support procurement-related deliverables within Bi-Products Contaminants and de-risking workstreams.
9-Resolve supplier-related conflicts concerning compliance, documentation, and quality expectations.
10-Develop standardized processes, workflows, and documentation for scalable and sustainable operations.
11-Build and maintain real-time tracking dashboards for effective decision-making and visibility.
