We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement & Contracts leader with deep offshore energy experience who can structure and manage high-value, complex contracts across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement and contracting strategy for complex offshore projects and operations, including rigs, marine, EPC/EPCI, and subsea scopes.
Structure and negotiate high-value contracts with balanced risk allocation and strong commercial safeguards.
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from tendering and award through execution, variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
Establish and enforce robust governance, approval, and audit-ready contracting frameworks.
Develop and manage long-term supplier relationships and framework agreements to support sustained offshore operations.
15+ years in procurement, contracts, or supply chain leadership
Exposure to offshore oil & gas, energy, or large infrastructure projects
Experience with rigs, offshore vessels, EPC/EPCI, subsea systems, or long-term framework agreements
Familiarity with regulated or quasi-public sector environments
Strong contracting strategy and governance orientation
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
