Assignment Details

Role Overview

The senior advisor will be responsible for driving leasing strategy and occupancy growth for Grade A warehousing and logistics assets.
The role involves identifying tenants, negotiating lease agreements, developing broker networks, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s industrial and logistics real estate portfolio.
 

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Occupancy Management

  • Lead leasing activities for Grade A warehouse and logistics assets.
  • Achieve 90%+ occupancy levels across the portfolio.
  • Identify potential tenants from industries such as 3PL, e-commerce, manufacturing, FMCG, and retail logistics.

Business Development

  • Develop strategies to expand tenant base and increase revenue from real estate assets.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate tenants, logistics companies, and real estate brokers.
  • Identify new leasing opportunities across key logistics hubs.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation

  • Lead commercial negotiations and lease structuring with prospective tenants.
  • Ensure lease agreements are financially viable and aligned with company strategy.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams during deal closures.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive analysis and pricing benchmarks.
  • Track market trends in logistics and warehousing real estate.
  • Identify emerging demand sectors and high-growth markets.

Network Development

  • Build and maintain a strong broker and channel partner network in major logistics markets.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and property advisors to source tenants.

Location: Chennai, Onsite
Capacity: Part time (2-3 days a week)

  • 15–20 years in leasing or business development in industrial/logistics real estate with a proven track record of achieving occupancy and revenue targets
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Real Estate, or certifications like RICS / CCIM
  • Warehouse / industrial / logistics real estate leasing
  • Tenant acquisition and relationship management
  • Lease negotiation and deal structuring
