Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development strategy to identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities in the IPP and Solar sector.

 

Leverage industry relationships and networks to connect with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.

 

Provide strategic advisory on market entry, partnerships, and project structuring in the clean energy space.

 

Drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, client engagement, and opportunity mapping.

Support the leadership team in building proposals, partnerships, and deal negotiations.

 

Monitor market trends, policy changes, and competitive landscape within renewable energy and IPPs.

Skills Required

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in the Clean Energy / Renewable Power industry, with a strong focus on Independent Power Plants (IPPs) and Solar Power Plants.

 

Proven track record of business development, partnerships, and deal-making in the energy sector.

 

Strong industry network and relationships with developers, investors, utilities, and government/regulatory bodies.

 

Deep understanding of project development, financing, and operations in the clean energy ecosystem.

 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a part-time advisory/consulting capacity.
