Assignment Details

Key responsibilities: 

 

(1) Ops PMO - 80%

 

Operations is an important part of our delivery model, and is focused on ensuring our clients have access to high-quality, and well matched consultants with a quick turnaround time. The Ops PMO is designed to coordinate all aspects of our operations process, to meet our SLAs across all projects, track metrics, and implement continuous improvement processes.

 

  • Manage and support internal operations and coordinate with Growth and Consultant Success teams on key accounts and priority projects
  • Review and ensure the first and subsequent shortlists are of high quality across all key project / clients (quality assurance of profiles going out)
  • Update existing talent pools, and create new ones (across industries, functions, in-demand areas, expertise, etc) based on inbound requests
  • Support data sharing / analysis as may be needed from time by client/growth team or for internal hygiene purposes
  • Work with the CS team on consultant check-ins for some high value accounts 

 

(2) Talent Management - 20%

 

As a growing organization, talent management is a critical part of our overall business growth.

  • Coordinate with the various functional heads on recruitment and selection processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  • Design and improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures for the organisation
  • Manage employee record management including employee files, BGVs, compensation and benefits information, etc.

Capacity- Full-time (5 days)

Duration- 3 months to start with 

Nature of work: Remote 

 

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of experience across operations, PMO, HR, and talent management
  • Well-versed with stakeholder management, client facing roles. 
  • Well versed with HR- talent acquisition, employee record management etc
