Assignment Details

Our Client, a smart logistics and IoT solutions company, is seeking a Consultant - Chief of Staff to act as the Founder’s right hand, translating ideas and strategy into structured execution across departments. The role involves driving key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Scaling & Growth: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and build systems/processes that support rapid business growth.
  • Commercial Performance Enablement: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to identify revenue opportunities, remove bottlenecks, and drive commercial excellence across business units.
  • GTM & Sales Strategy: Shape, refine, and execute go-to-market strategies; support sales leadership in pipeline development, pricing initiatives, and market penetration plans.
  • International Expansion: Drive evaluation and launch of new global markets, including market research, business case development, regulatory considerations, and entry strategies.
  • Program & Transformation Management: Lead high-impact, company-wide programs focused on operational improvement, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Capacity: The client is open to starting off with a Part Time capacity (20+ hours a week) and increasing it subsequently as the project progressed.
Location: Gurgaon (onsite)

 

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience in Scaling company/strategic execution for Business development and sales.
  • Experience in building and scaling teams, improving internal systems, and driving accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to turn direction into measurable outcomes.
