Assignment Details

Our client, a management consulting firm seeking an experienced professional with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in IMO/PMO operations, to support integration and operational workstreams.

 

Key Responsibilities- 

 

  • Support and manage IMO/PMO activities across integration or transformation workstreams.
  • Drive project governance including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration priorities and execution plans.
  • Provide structure, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and timely communication to leadership.
  • Contribute to post-merger integration planning, synergy tracking, and operational alignment (preferred if experienced).
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth program execution.
  • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and status updates for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and ensure that deliverables meet quality expectations.

Skills Required

  • Strong PMO/IMO experience (5–6 years) with exposure to integration, transformation, or post-merger projects, preferably within the hospital or healthcare industry.
  • Project management expertise, including milestone tracking, governance, dependency mapping, and risk/issue management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support synergy tracking, operational alignment, and integration planning.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across business units.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for preparing reports, dashboards, MIS, and leadership updates.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Structured thinking and high attention to detail for driving governance and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) or large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
  • Stakeholder management skills to support coordination between internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
