Responsibilities
• Conduct qualitative research and analysis through interviews with client staff, client beneficiaries, domain experts, government officials, etc.
• Execute quantitative research and analysis
• Perform financial analysis, including forward-looking financial projections
• Advance team’s work with own questions, perspectives, and insights
• Generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
• Participate in joint problem-solving sessions with mid-level and senior-level clients
• Prepare clear and compelling presentation materials
• Present analysis and findings • Contribute to client’s knowledge capture, creation and dissemination
• Play an active role in building office culture and team building activities
• Has 1-3 years of work experience, and strong academic performance during Graduation and/or Post Graduation
• Has strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solving
• Is proficient in verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English language • Has an inclusive and collaborative mindset
• Has demonstrated passion and commitment to working in the social sector and on society’s most important challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and facilitate joint problem solving
