Accountabilities
● Fundraising & Campaigns: Design and execute goal-based campaigns for
employees and external donors.
● Stakeholder Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with corporate donors
and regularly update them on program progress.
● Community Engagement: Strengthen ties with scholars and alumni, fostering a
sense of community. Identify and implement value adding programs beyond
financial support
● Digital Presence: Oversee the AWOO website to keep it updated and engaging.
● Compliance & Partnerships: Ensure NGO partners meet service expectations for
student sourcing and engagement.
● Reporting: Present periodic updates to the Board of Trustees and other
stakeholders.
● Branding: Lead internal/external campaigns and the development of campaign
materials.
● Selection Support: Assist in shortlisting and presenting students to the AWOO
Advisory Committee.
