We are seeking an Associated Consultant to join our team on a contractual engagement of 9-12 months (flexible) This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with direct engagement with senior stakeholders on strategic priorities shaping India’s energy future across oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, renewables, biofuels, and energy transition.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive execution of strategic initiatives across energy & related sectors
2. Work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and decision making
3. Develop clear, compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership reviews
4. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to address emerging priorities
5. Contribute to building client capabilities through processes, governance, and data-driven decision making
6. Collaborate with client teams & colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
- BTech/BE from a top-tier institution with strong academic credentials. MBA from a top-tier institute is a plus
- 3-9 years of professional experience in consulting or strategy roles, with exposure to the energy sector (hydrocarbon, power, or renewables)
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Oil & Gas (Exploration & Production, refining, gas markets)
- Renewables and biofuels
- Policy advisory and institutional reform Oil & Gas exploration and production strategy
- Strong analytical problem-solving, structured communication, & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work from client premises, adapt quickly to evolving priorities, and deliver on a fast-paced, high-visibility mandate.
