Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is looking to engage an Impact Consultant to support and drive sustainability, social impact, and circular economy initiatives. The consultant will play a key role in managing development and impact-focused projects, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and implementing scalable solutions that deliver measurable environmental and social outcomes aligned with the organization’s ESG and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute impact-focused projects across sustainability, circular economy, waste management, recycling, and resource recovery.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives focused on environmental sustainability, social impact, and community development.
- Collaborate with NGOs, implementation partners, recyclers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive project outcomes and improve operational effectiveness.
- Drive initiatives related to Plastic Waste Management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), and resource recovery, wherever relevant.
- Monitor project milestones, impact metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate outcomes and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve project effectiveness, scale successful interventions, and strengthen impact measurement and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable, inclusive, and scalable solutions aligned with the organization's broader development, impact, and ESG objectives.
