Assignment Details

Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is  seeking a Junior Strategy Consultant / Analyst to support the Strategy Lead in driving strategic initiatives, business reviews, and operational coordination within the BU. The role involves data-driven analysis, strategic storytelling, MIS management, and PMO support to ensure effective planning, tracking, and execution of key business priorities. The candidate will work closely with BU leadership and cross-functional teams to enable informed decision-making and smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1-Support the Strategy Lead in developing strategic analyses, presentations, and insights for BU leadership discussions.

2-Analyse business performance data and convert insights into structured, data-driven presentations.

3-Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for the Food & Beverages BU.

4-Track progress of strategic initiatives and maintain action trackers for key projects.

5-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of BU priorities.

6-Support business review meetings by preparing reports, insights, and presentations.

7-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.

8-Assist in project coordination and PMO activities across multiple initiatives.

9-Monitor key performance metrics and highlight risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

10-Support ad-hoc strategic projects and analytical assignments as required by the Strategy Lead.
