Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Consultant to set up a digital control room to track construction progress means creating a centralized, technology-enabled command center that provides real-time visibility into what is happening across one or multiple construction sites.
It is not just a physical room with screens. It is a structured system of data, dashboards, processes, and governance that allows leadership to monitor execution, identify risks early, and take corrective action quickly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and operationalize a centralized Digital Construction Control Room
  • Define KPIs across schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and risk parameters
  • Establish structured governance and reporting cadence
  • Develop real-time dashboards to track project milestones and performance
  • Standardize site-level data collection formats and reporting protocols
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple contractors and sites into a single monitoring framework
  • Identify delays, bottlenecks, and performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Drive weekly progress reviews and ensure follow-through on action items
  • Support senior stakeholders with structured reporting and insights

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and structured reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and driving coordination across multiple teams
  • Proficient in dashboarding and digital reporting tools
