Our client, a leading global manufacturer of construction materials and high-performance solutions for sustainable buildings and industrial markets, is looking to engage a Senior Consultant - Strategy and Executive Communications who will translate complex business, financial, people, and transformation topics into clear, insight-led, board-grade communication for senior governance forums.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence, requiring judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate in ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
Board & Executive Communication:
Lead the development of high-quality, board-ready presentations, briefing packs, and strategic papers for:
Strategic Narrative & Storytelling:
Own and continuously evolve Company’s enterprise narrative, including:
CEO & Leadership Advisory:
Act as a trusted thought partner to the Company's CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Leadership Team.
Anticipate Board and global leadership questions; prepare leaders with:
Strategy Governance & Integration:
Support Company’s strategic operating cadence, including QBRs, annual planning cycles, and strategic roadmaps.
Integrate inputs from Finance, HR, IT, and Service Lines into a single, enterprise-level executive view.
Track commitments made to the Board and senior stakeholders and support follow-through and closure.
10–15+ years of professional experience.
Background in one or more of the following:
Demonstrated exposure to Board or Ex Co-level interactions.
Experience in GCCs, large MNCs, or matrixed global organizations preferred.
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling capability.
Strong strategic thinking with enterprise-level business acumen.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Structured, analytical thinker with strong judgment.
