Our client, A well-established Indian food manufacturing company is looking to engage with an Independent Consultant. A consultant with experience in sales capability building, GTM strategy design, and channel development, with expertise in HORECA/B2B/FMCG sales, etc.
We are looking to onboard a professional with 5-8 years of experience with building sales capabilities, crafting GTM strategies, and driving channel growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Proven expertise in assessing and enhancing sales team skills, processes, and routines.
2. Ability to design and implement effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies designs for target segments, customer profiles, etc.
3. Able to identify performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track GTM success.
4. Strong experience in onboarding, engaging, and managing channel partners/distributors.
5. Deep knowledge of field sales structures and Indian market dynamics, particularly in HORECA.
6. Skilled in developing tools like pitch decks, objection-handling playbooks, and negotiation templates.
7. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for training sales teams and managers.
