Assignment Details

- Plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

- Identify risks and escalate them to client management, while also proposing mitigation actions.

- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in a project.

- Produce progress reporting documentation.

- Track KPIs and forecast metrics to help stakeholders assess project health and make proactive decisions.

- Establish and maintain governance for delivery, defining roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

- Ensure that organizational processes and procedures are followed.
