Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Chief Of Staff for a 2 month remote project.

Key Deliverables:

• Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and maximize profitability.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, competitive landscapes and untapped market segments to identify strategic opportunities for the business.
3. Work closely with country leads and cross-functional stakeholders to define clear and actionable paths for pursuing identified opportunities.
4. Develop detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, resource requirements, and timelines to ensure successful execution of strategies.
5.Communicate complex strategies and plans in a clear and compelling manner to gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of implemented strategies and regularly report on the performance of business initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.

• Transformation:
1. Establishes and continues the BU engagement routine and operating framework: coordinates key governance LT meetings, IBP process coordinating with Country Leads, setting and tracking of the OKRs across the BU
2. Establish opportunities to bring together BU members from different markets for sharing, engagement and culture building
3. Leads BU-wide stakeholder presentations and visits
4. Leads external stakeholder engagements which relates to solidifying and elevating the BU

Skills Required

- Well versed with strategy & development,
- Prior exp working across Chief of Staff roles;
- Well versed with FMCG industry.
