Our client, a leading FMCG Conglomerate, is looking to engage with a PMO Consultant who would support in the capacity of a Regional Artwork Process Specialist and have strong Power Automate and Selenium skills.
They would join the client's Media and Communications team. A prior experience of FMCG companies would be beneficial as they would engage in Artwork Packaging Design Work.
Responsibilities:
1. Investigate technology solutions to optimize and automate the current Artwork Process.
2. Ensure process discipline by conducting end to end artwork process training, including training on design and Pack Image Albums.
3. Conduct BLUE training together with the artwork management system administrator
4. Provide governance across the region / sub-region regarding process compliance and facilitate on-going training sessions for new and existing artwork community members.
5. Interface well with artwork community across all disciplines and represent the Global Artwork Process Manager when needed.
6. Facilitate the creation of KPI reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
7. Support Global Artwork Process Manager as an interface with external vendors (e.g. PMAs, design agencies, printers) to ensure process compliance. Supply documentation and process training to external vendors as needed.
8. Organize post-implementation meetings with all involved parties to review key projects and optimize the process – if applicable.
9. Interface with Regional/ Category Artwork Production Managers (if applicable) to collect current PMA performance information as required by Process Manager or IP. 10. Work closely with the Artwork Management System Administrator to ensure that artwork community understands the relationship between the packaging artwork process and our global artwork management system
11. Maintain close network with other Regional Artwork Process Specialists to ensure consistency with processes, forms, etc. and to exchange experiences and ideas.
12. Must have a good understanding of other cluster/categories so that support can be provided to other regions/ categories when required.
13. Works closely with the Artwork Production teams to understand KPI’s and also recommend ways to improve artwork production KPI’s.
14. Must be able to work across different time zones when required.
15. Must have good analytical skills and attention to detail. Must be able to conduct root cause analysis with clear recommendations on how to resolve issues.
This project is for a Duration of 6 Months (extendable, basis client requirement and performance) based in Mumbai and requires the consultant to devote Full Time Capacity in a Onsite Model
• Past FMCG experience would be ideal
• 3-5 years Power Automate/ Selenium experience
• Experience with Automation (RPA/ Machine Learning), AI and generative AI software, Excel VBA to the list, POWER BI & Data Automation & Analytics would be recommended
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3 years in PMO and Project Management
• Experience working with web-based artwork management systems.
• Basic IT knowledge on systems/ tools and troubleshooting
