Our Client, A Leading Global FMCG firm is looking to engage with a Consultant - Quality Data Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drive Supplier Reliability Agenda:
- Collaborate with Procurement and Quality Business Groups (BGs) and Business
Units (BUs) to support and enhance the supplier reliability agenda.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving
supplier data accuracy and operational efficiency.
2. Data Issue Resolution and Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between UniOps, business stakeholders, supplier operations, and
master data teams to understand and resolve data-related issues.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address data discrepancies, inconsistencies,
and inaccuracies, ensuring accurate and reliable supplier information.
3. Third-Party Query Support:
- Assist in addressing queries raised by third-party partners involved in managing
suppliers and digital platforms.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, maintaining positive
relationships with external stakeholders.
4. Problem Solving and Data Query Resolution:
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of data issues and implement
effective solutions.
- Resolve data-related queries within our Procurement and Business Intelligence
(PBIs) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Supplier Query Management:
- Manage and respond to queries from suppliers related to various aspects of
Quality and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide clear and accurate information to
suppliers, contributing to a smooth supplier experience.
Skills Required
Skills required -
1. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
2. Proficiency in utilizing Power BI for data visualization and analysis to derive insights and support decision-making.
3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management) or equivalent work experience.
4. 6+ years of professional work experience in data analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry.
5. Basic understanding of Quality systems and their application in supplier operations.
