Assignment Details

Product/GTM

Develop a strong GTM for the Primo product with focus on building marketing traction, increasing user signups, and driving adoption and engagement. The role will involve working closely with the product and marketing teams, and building a product motion including growth marketing initiatives. The goal is to generate 500 verified user sign ups (top of the funnel) on a monthly basis with at least a 30% rate of engagement (project posting, custom talent pools, etc).

Key result areas

  • Product marketing: Build a product marketing plan focused on user growth across key target segments (sectors, regions, skill areas, etc.). Augment with relevant exhibits, user guides, etc. to drive adoption.
  • Demand analytics: Ensure data from all user interactions and engagement with the product are captured, analyzed and insights used to strengthen analytics.
  • Feedback loops: Build strong feedback loops, including direct user/customer interactions to improve the user experience.
  • Funnel management: Ownership of the funnel, including first response and interaction upon user signup, etc.
  • Analytics and Dashboarding: Consolidated analytics to capture signups, engagement, conversion for new and existing users.
  • Tooling: Ensure all applications and tools used across the board are optimally used, and identify new areas where potential integration could enhance the uptake of the project.

 

Revenue Operations/PMO

Coordinate all activities and efforts that form part of the revenue management cycle and support overall business goals and objectives. Work closely with internal teams, in unlocking opportunities for revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and performance dashboards
  • Analyze data, interpret trends, and drive data-driven decision-making for targeted growth across sectors and regions.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth based on client priorities
  • Work with the operations team to implement the Enterprise playbook.
  • Support development of revenue growth strategies and pricing opportunities.

The role will involve direct revenue and demand generation activities for select accounts and managing end-to-end client delivery. This will be vital to understand the underlying processes and tools available to client delivery teams while providing real-time experience in managing and scaling accounts.
