Advisory support to conduct a specific deep dive on our existing phygital model NBFC portfolio companies to enable better delivery of credit to the nano enterprises owned / run by low-income households in India. The objective is to assess the portfolio companies’ ability (including identifying gaps, if any) to sustainably scale their reach in terms of MSDF’s target segment. Scope of services including but not limited to :
1. Conducting thorough analysis of the business processes, systems, structure, resources followed / required by the portfolio company to understand how well positioned they are to meet the needs of our target customer at scale – in term of product design, underwriting, data analytics on thin file customer, branch productivity and scalability to serve more nano entrepreneurs and low- income households
1. Conducting competitive analysis of these companies in developing best practices that can be applied to MSDF’s other partner organisations in their efforts to serve MSDF’s target segment
3. Assessing the strength of these companies to continually support our target customers at scale, and continued evaluation and support on the agreed roadmap to bridge any gap areas to enable better delivery of credit to these nano enterprises run by low-income households
The ability to collect and analyse data, assess problems and structure solutions
Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and be persuasive when necessary.
Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines.
