Our Client, an ESG Business Consulting Firm, is looking to engage with a Chief of Staff.
Work involves:
1. Provide strategic guidance and support to the CEO in decision-making processes, leveraging data analysis and market insights.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals, utilizing Excel for data tracking and analysis.
3. Manage communication with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients, crafting impactful presentations in PowerPoint to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
5. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth, negotiating terms and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
6. Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, utilizing Excel for project tracking, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
7. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes, utilizing Excel for budgeting, financial modeling, and performance metrics tracking.
9. Act as a key liaison during crisis situations, coordinating response efforts and communicating with stakeholders to maintain trust and confidence.
This project requires Part-Time capacity for a duration of 6 months in a remote model. Kindly note though this is a remote opportunity, the consultant might need to travel when required.
