Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary senior leader to lead our product
development and digital strategy initiatives. This role is crucial in setting the strategic
direction for our digital products, driving innovation, and achieving growth. As the
leader, the consultant will lead cross-functional teams, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure that all products align with our mission of making education accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organizations mission and business goals, targeting a 30% increase in user engagement
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to
development, launch, and scaling, with a goal of achieving a 20% year-on-year
growth in product adoption.
2. Product Roadmap & Vision:
• Develop and maintain a 3-5 year product roadmap, incorporating customer
feedback, market trends, and company priorities.
• Effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to
stakeholders, including executive leadership, investors, and key partners.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management and digital
strategy team, aiming to reduce time-to-market for product launches by 25%.
• Foster strong collaboration between product, engineering, design, marketing,
and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful
launches.
4. Market Research & User-Centric Design:
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback
sessions to inform product development, targeting a 15% market share.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design to ensure a seamless
and engaging learning experience.
5. Digital Innovation:
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive product innovation, with the
objective of increasing market differentiation and capturing new revenue
streams.
• Identify and implement cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance educational
accessibility and impact, aiming for a 20% increase in product efficacy metrics.
6. Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Use data analytics to guide strategic decisions, measure product performance,
and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Set and monitor KPIs to optimize product success, with quarterly reviews to
measure improvements in user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
7. Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for key external partners, clients, and
stakeholders regarding product-related matters, ensuring transparent
communication and alignment with the organisations strategic goals.
• Provide regular updates on product strategy and progress to stakeholders,
fostering trust and collaboration.
8. Budget & Resource Management:
• Oversee the product development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
to meet financial targets and strategic goals, with a focus on achieving a 10%
cost reduction while improving product quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely product launches,
maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Note :- This is a 12 month onsite role based out of Borivali ( Mumbai ).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
- 10+ years in product management, digital strategy, or a related field, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to set measurable goals and drive results.
