Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Consultant.
They are building out a proposal for a large Indian conglomerate for a feasibility assessment of a display fabrication business in India. They need help in:
- Building global supply/demand view on display panels
- Defining where to play choices; identifying white spaces for a new investor
- Developing a high-level view of display fab economics
- Identifying potential technology partners for the investment

Skills Required

- Bring in expertise across one of the aspects eg. display fabrication technology and demand/ supply overview, JV negotiations, display fab economics, etc.)
Must have:
- Experience working with the companies: leading display panel players such as Samsung Display, LG Display, BOE Technology, Innolux/ Sharp, TCL CSOT, Japan Display, AUO, etc.
- Should have been involved in setting up or scaling any display fabrication unit from scratch, with experience in one of the following business functions (facility construction, operations, procurement, strategy, R&D/ process)
