Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant.
Project Brief: Achieving market share growth and building client org capability (across sales, dealer network, marketing, service/spares, finance, etc.) in priority focus states of Gujarat, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh for White Goods.
Key responsibilities:
1) Guide company working team on diagnostics, root cause identification, sharing past experience on potential solutions and what works/doesn’t work
2) Support field experimentation and execution in close collaboration with dedicated client teams across focus states
3) Build and defend POV on what will be key drivers of success and push change through senior client leadership
Duration: 12 months
Capacity: Part-time commitment with a min of 2 days/week. To be mutually discussed and reviewed depending on the phase of the project
Location: India (preferably Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Karnataka, but open to candidates who are willing to travel)
- 15+ years of experience
- Preferably in Sales/Marketing/Strategy/Business head in FMCG (white goods, consumer electronics) in India.
- Experience of having driven market share growth at the state/national level by leading ground teams, as well as engaging with senior most client stakeholders (CEO, MD) and building confidence in approach
