Assignment Details

Our Client, an Indian Non-profit organization is looking to engage with a PMO consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Structure Creation- Develop a comprehensive project structure aligned with the client's business strategies and objectives. Define clear project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Data and Reports Provision- Collect and analyze relevant data to generate reports for management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
3. Effective Resource Planning- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify resource requirements. Develop resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
4. Process and Workflow Creation- Design and implement standardized processes and workflows to streamline project management activities. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Communication and Collaboration Enhancement- Facilitate clear and concise communication channels within the project team and with external stakeholders.
Implement collaboration tools and techniques to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
6. Project-Related Training and Knowledge Sharing- Conduct training sessions to familiarize team members with project management best practices and methodologies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across project teams.
7. Stakeholder Management- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.
8. Risk and Issue Management- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks and issues proactively.

This project is for a duration of 1-1.5 months and requires the consultant to work in Hybrid mode in Mumbai devoting their Part-Time Capacity.

Skills Required

1. Proficiency in implementing business excellence and transformation management strategies
2. Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record of effective resource planning and allocation
5. Ability to design and optimize processes and workflows
6. Experience in facilitating training sessions and promoting knowledge sharing
7. Familiarity with project management tools and software
