Assignment Details
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is looking to engage with the Chief of Staff to work closely with the Managing Director and his Executive Team at large.
Work involves:
Strategic and central position:
- Improve processes and coordinate for greater efficiency and productivity
- Participate with the CEO and the Executive Team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the Executive Team
Control
- Prepare and review all the official documents of the company and of the subsidiaries on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure quality control for all internal and external documents
Reporting & Communication
- Build and develop relationships with Operating Companies to increase efficiency, responsiveness, and alignment with the overall Kelix bio vision and objectives
- Communicate with colleagues and the board of directors, orally, in writing, through reports and presentations, to provide quality and technical updates and overviews, support a strong culture of industrial excellence and permanent quality improvement.
Administration
- Manage the CEO calendar, meetings, and professional engagements and prioritize time and schedule
- Support the CEO in meetings by assuming responsibility for follow-up and completion of action items

Skills Required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- 7+ years in a business or executive management role
- Proven experience in a business management role
- Direct experience on executive-level advisory
- With an exposure to interdepartmental collaboration
- Strong understanding and exposure to the generic pharmaceutical industry.
