Our client, a Leading Pharmaceutical Company, is looking to engage with a PMO Consultant. The consultant should have previous pharma experience and be well-versed in working with project teams to help them plan projects and then report to management on progress.
Key Responsibilities -
• Ensure that program risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with Leadership
• Organize regular initiative updates with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution
• Monitor compliance with project documentation/tracking and procedural standards
• Provide program governance, control advice, and support to the Leadership Team
• Report on effective operation of, and value provided by, the PMO's services, including delivery within SLAs
• Report and monitor adherence by other 3rd parties to project and program management procedure
• 5-10 years of experience in project/program management office
• Must have experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and working with project teams
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Competency in technical skills
