A leading India automobiles manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced and driven consultant to ensure the successful launch readiness of our automotive product. The ideal candidate will possess deep project management expertise, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams for product activation. Additionally, experience in automotive sales systems or sales transformation is essential.
1. Project Management: Drive end-to-end project management to ensure channel / dealerships are ready (homologated) for the product launch
2. Sales Coordination: Oversee and coordinate billing, dealership activation, and other operational requirements to meet launch deadlines.
3. Channel Enablement : Work closely with channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support for a successful launch
4. Team Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on readiness and growth targets.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and address gaps in sales systems, dealership readiness, and operational processes to ensure efficiency.
6. Growth-Driven Leadership: Take a hands-on role in driving growth through actionable insights and team collaboration.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure launch success and continuously track progress. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders and recommend adjustments as needed
