Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Consultant—Youth Impact and Skill Development Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Country Sales teams in Field Services to expand business opportunities using current Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
Develop and implement new GTM strategies to secure larger volume orders.
Collaborate with Central and State Skill Ministries to create effective models and policies for executing skill development projects.
Partner with project teams to design new offers in Energy Management and other Schneider Electric business areas.
Promote skill development centers among industries to enhance youth placement and attract more participants.
Drive the leasing model with private institutions to boost sales of technology labs across engineering colleges and universities.
Review and standardize processes, sales tools, and promotional materials to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Skills Required

Proven experience in strategy deployment and business development.
Strong expertise in skill development, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to drive innovative GTM strategies and collaborate with diverse teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
