Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking for a Order Processing Analyst.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Review customer orders with internal quotation and approvals.
Process orders in Oracle ERP.
Monitoring order inflow and clear within specified order booking SLA.
Liaison with Sales, Solution, Bidding, Project, Finance and other Cross Functional
Teams for necessary approvals and dependency clearance.
Association with customers for conversion of orders, issuing proforma invoices and
order acknowledgement.
Respond to customer queries and complaints within specified SLA.
Process cancellation orders and date management.
Daily reporting.
Ensure Zero order booking error.
Ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure 100% Compliance on audit.
Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction through the effective execution
of customer order
This project is for a duration of 6 months, where the consultant will be required to work the last 5 days of the month (including the weekends) and requires the consultant to work in a Hybrid Model only devoting their Capacity to the last 5 days of the month.
Skills Required:
o Order management and supply chain systems/tools expertise in Oracle.
o Expertise in GST/customs duty regime.
o Good written and Oral communication skills.
o Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
o Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
o Fast learner and adapt well to change.
o Proactive and self-motivated.
o Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
o Commitment towards the assignment and the organization.
