Our client, a Leading FMCG Organization, is looking for independent consultants who can help with the following :
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enforce data management policies, leveraging strong technical skills in advanced Excel, PowerBI, and similar tools.
2. Simplify complex Excel sheets and summarize data into insightful dashboards, drawing from past experience in FMCG, particularly in sales data, supply chain, logistics, and cost pricing analysis.
3. Drive quality data collection strategies, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy, with a focus on FMCG industry trends.
4. Establish secure procedures for data sharing with stakeholders, guided by robust business acumen in the FMCG sector.
5. Support team members in utilizing data systems, adhering to legal and company standards, and optimizing data processes.
6. Generate reports and extract data, providing actionable insights into FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
7. Monitor system performance and implement improvements aligned with FMCG industry standards and best practices.
8. Safeguard digital databases against security breaches, informed by a deep understanding of FMCG data security requirements.
9. Troubleshoot data-related issues and authorize modifications to optimize system functionality and reliability.
This role demands a candidate with a precise blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and FMCG industry knowledge to drive effective data management and analysis, particularly in sales, supply chain, logistics, and cost pricing data.
This project is for a duration of 6 months (extendable based on performance) and requires the consultant to work On- Site in Gurgaon devoting their Full-Time Capacity.
1. Strong Data Management Skills: Proficiency in organizing, storing, and analyzing large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the process.
2. Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and other similar data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate complex datasets efficiently.
3. Dashboard Development: Demonstrated experience in simplifying complex Excel sheets and transforming data into insightful dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
4. Business Acumen: Deep understanding of FMCG industry dynamics, including sales, supply chain, logistics, and cost pricing analysis, to contextualize data insights and drive strategic initiatives effectively.
