Our client, a leading consulting company, is looking for an independent Program manager, who can deliver the following responsibilities:
• Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants for successful project implementation.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that healthcare infrastructure projects meet established standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes for quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all aspects of the projects.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to present key performance indicators and program metrics for monitoring and evaluation in coordination with MIS data analyst.
• MD (Community Medicine) from a recognized university or MBBS with MHA/MPH.
• At least 4 years of experience in public health.
• Experience in quality assurance measures in healthcare infrastructure projects
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure projects- setting up and managing healthcare facilities such as District hospital etc.
• Having a good knowledge about implementation of National Health Programs.
• Experience of working in the Government sector will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of English and Kannada.
