Assignment Details

The primary work will be to setup the framework from scratch. Very specifically, it will boil down to baselining activities to be undertaken for -
1. Sourcing : Identify and shortlist target companies looking for implementation partners. Execute client acquisition activities like prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, need articulation, solution fitment and relationship maintenance
2. Outreach & Communication : Establish a systematic process for partner outreach. Research, establish and develop new strategic alliances and partnerships
Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to market plans with partner.
3. Positioning : Position the client as the best-fit, competent and reliable partner of choice for any customizations and external implementations that various companies look at.
4. Conversion & Onboarding : Establish the right criteria of engagement with potential partners and Establishing a business function dedicated to tool and implementation partnership. Sustain, manage and cultivate relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities.

Skills Required

Skills Required are-
Bachelor's Degree, technical degree preferred
 6-8+ years of experience in technology fields, with a substantial portion in sales, marketing, business development or partnership roles
 5+ years in executive alliance or partnership roles
 4+ years of recent experience in, and knowledge of, mobile, analytics, cloud and/or datacenter products (Preferred)
 Strong communication and presentation skills
 Strong planning, project and organizational skills
 Knowledge of mobile enterprise software, analytics and big data technology, and cloud & datacenter technology (SDN, containers, PaaS, etc.) (preferred)
 History of developing and leading strategic partnerships
 Strong sense of technology trends
 Ability to work independently and with team
