Assignment Details

Assignment Background: Social Finance India seeks a research associate to provide key strategic inputs to inform the fundraising strategy for three financial instruments that will catalyze over $1bn towards India's social development needs. These instruments include: (1) Development Impact Bonds (2) Sustainable Development Goal Finance (3) Equity Fund. Working can be remote or from our Mumbai office.

Company Background: Social Finance is a not for profit organisation that partners with the government, the social sector and the financial community to find better ways of tackling social problems. Social Finance’s core expertise centre on the design and execution of Development Impact Bonds (DIBs) across Africa, Middle East, Europe and North America. Social Finance India (SFI) is the latest subsidiary of Social Finance based in Mumbai/Delhi. SFI aims to catalyse impact investing in India through the advent of innovative financial products.

Skills Required

- Accurately collate data into a spreadsheet
