Assignment Details

Shiksha Finance, a Michael and Susan Dell Foundation funded company, is looking for an Analytics expert with understanding of credit and/or risk analytics to support their team on a short term engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyse the existing user date e.g., payment patterns by various types of users, across income levels, job types etc; Develop and share insights with the team
* Use data and patterns analysed to develop alogrithms to determine 'Ability to Pay' but also 'Willingness to pay'
* Work with the product and tech team to develop a strategy to 'productize' the algorithm for scalable roll-out across georgraphies
* Derive an analytics framework and approach for ongoing use of data - create a framework and set up the system
* Recommend additional opportunity areas based on comparative data analyses

Skills Required

* Experience of working with a fintech startup is a must
* Must have strong understanding of credit analytics
* Ability to apply advanced analytics algorithms on raw data and find out insights
* Ability to problem solve with senior stakeholders and present articulately

About the Client

Shiksha Finance, a Michael and Susan Dell Foundation funded company, is a RBI licensed Non Bank Finance Company (NBFC) providing loans for asset creation, working capital and school fees in the education sector.
