Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a highly capable PMO professional to play a central role in driving a major Service Operations transformation, namely our costtoserve program. This role goes well beyond classic PMO administration — it is about driving momentum, anticipating risks, ensuring followthrough, and enabling success across a complex, multistakeholder initiative. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong structure and discipline with forwardlooking thinking, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to challenge, escalate, and anticipate what is needed to keep the program on track.
Key Responsibilities
Program Drive & Execution
Act as the engine of the transformation program, ensuring plans turn into execution.
Drive the overall project structure, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
Actively follow up on actions, owners, and commitments, ensuring timely delivery.
Anticipate bottlenecks, risks, and resourcing issues before they impact progress.
PMO Governance & Rhythm
Establish and maintain robust PMO governance, including cadence, decision forums, and escalation paths.
Maintain a single, trusted view of project status, risks, actions, and interdependencies.
Ensure alignment between workstreams and consistency of outputs across the program.
Communication & Storyline Management
Own and drive the program communication plan, tailored to different stakeholder groups (executive, steering committee, core team, regions).
Structure and prepare clear, concise, and decisionoriented communications.
Ensure key messages, milestones, and decisions are consistently communicated and understood.
Anticipation & Proactive Problem Solving
Proactively anticipate upcoming needs, decisions, and pinch points — not just react.
Challenge teams constructively when momentum slows or risks are not addressed.
Support leaders by preparing them “ahead of the curve” for meetings, decisions, and escalations.
Stakeholder Coordination & Enablement
Serve as a key coordination point between workstreams, functions, and geographies.
Support workstream leads in structuring their plans, deliverables, and sequencing.
Enable effective collaboration across Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, and Digital teams.
4–8 years of experience in PMO, transformation, consulting, or complex project environments.
Experience supporting large, multi-workstream operational or cost transformation programs.
Exposure to service operations or operational environments is a strong advantage.
