Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking an Engineering Program Manager who will be part of the Sustenance team and will focus on tracking and implementing all Board of Change (BOC) related activities. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely execution of engineering changes, and driving process adherence for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and maintain the PCR tracking file; plan, facilitate, and run PCR tracking meetings with relevant stakeholders.
Support the BOC Admin in creating and maintaining the BOC backlog.
Facilitate discussions with Engineering and Plant stakeholders regarding changes before raising CNs for released products.
Drive CN approvals at R&D and coordinate with the MCO and BOC Admin for implementation at the plant.
Track PCE closures with respective stakeholders.
Coordinate tasks across multiple teams, manage interdependencies, and remove impediments.
Prepare, manage, and track schedules to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Escalate issues and raise flags in a timely manner.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to manage dependencies and develop joint plans.
Graduate degree; BE in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical preferred.
Strong working knowledge of engineering processes and associated tools.
Hands-on experience with project management tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
