Assignment Details

  1. Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable local legal requirements related to safety, health, environment, and security.
    • Maintain and update legal registers and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
    • Conduct periodic audits and inspections to verify compliance with organization's standards.
  2. Safety checks
    • Look after Road safety protocols, food safety, office standards requirements and other mandated safety protocol adherence of the office (Fire, electrical)
  3. Risk Assessment & Control
    • Perform risk assessments for office operations and recommend mitigation measures.
    • Monitor implementation of corrective actions for identified hazards.
  4. Emergency Preparedness
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for fire, medical, and security incidents.
    • Conduct mock drills and training sessions for employees.
  5. Training & Awareness
    • Organize SSHE induction programs for new employees and contractors.
    • Drive awareness campaigns on health, safety, and environmental topics.
  6. Incident Management
    • Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
    • Maintain incident records and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  7. Environmental & Health Monitoring
    • Ensure compliance with waste management, energy conservation, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Monitor indoor air quality and ergonomics compliance.
  8. Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain SSHE documentation as per the organization's standards.
    • Prepare monthly SSHE performance reports for management review.
