Responsibilities:
Lead & facilitate execution of Projects - Growth, Strategic Initiatives, VL of multiple Brands.
Maintain accurate records & documentation of discussion points aligned in ATG.
Create & manage the project timelines basis project complexity & assign stake holders post alignment.
Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects
Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility &
conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues
Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and
recommendations
Communicate effectively – Provide clear instructions & align actions with ATG members
Manage back-end readiness of Projects with the core team – Codes readiness, BOM update
Maintaining data in PPM tool as per gate progression for accurate sufficiency.
