Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
• Project Management responsibility for the Incentive Compensation standardization project aimed at process mapping, process improvement, documentation and implementation with the AfME, APAC, India and Developed Asia region
• Responsible to coordinate with workstream owners and respective in-market colleagues to consolidate information and execute various activities as listed under the project charter
• Responsible for tracking of workstream progress against the planned charter and raise red-flags against potential bottlenecks and delays
• Responsible for consolidation and standardization of process maps for various processes employed as part of incentive compensation services
• Responsible for creation of standard documentation templates to be deployed across markets within the region for key documents required as part of IC services

Skills Required

• Prior experience of working in a PMO or similar project management experience is required
• Prior experience of process mapping and process standardization projects preferred
• Ability to work with and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong orientation towards planning / execution excellence
• Strong communication skills, to be able to summarize and present project updates to leadership
• At least 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
