Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian multinational home appliances company, is looking to engage with a Product Manager to support their Service Business vertical.
As a Product Manager,

you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and

delivering innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and drive

business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 

● Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic product vision and

roadmap for our service business, aligned with company goals and market

trends. Identify and prioritize product opportunities and enhancements to drive

service quality and revenue.

● Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, including

ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,

marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

● User Insights: Conduct market research, field trips, and user feedback analysis to

gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate

these insights into actionable product requirements and features that drive

customer satisfaction and engagement.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such

as business, finance, marketing and eComm teams, to understand business goals

and gather input for product strategy. Effectively communicate product plans,

progress, and impact to stakeholders at various levels.

● Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure

product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make

data-informed decisions. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate

on product features to drive continuous improvement.

● Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and

emerging technologies related to ecommerce and D2C business models. Identify

opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.

 

Skills Required

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or

equivalent experience is a plus.

● Proven track record of at least 2 years as a Product Manager/BA, with a focus on

CRM systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics etc.

● Proficiency in using data analytics tools and leveraging data insights to drive

product decisions.

● Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to

influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Expectations

● Consumer obsession: Lead the understanding of users’ behaviour and needs

through primary and secondary research.

● Hands-on: Will need to work closely with service technicians to understand their

pain points, motivations and challenges

● Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, market

test, iterate over, build, launch, optimise and grow solutions.

● Communication: Communicate and collaborate with tech and design via

thorough PRD;s and BRD’s.

● Data Centric: Define the metrics that drive success in terms of product adoption,

business goals, customer engagement, and deliver
