Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Customer Service Specialist – GT, MT & Ecommerce Channels for a 6-month full-time assignment based out of Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in customer service and order management, with a strong background in handling operations across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce. Prior experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is preferred, along with excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure smooth order fulfillment and superior customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment for GT, MT, and Ecom channels.
- Track and improve service levels, fill rates, and on-time delivery metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply planning teams to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with prompt resolution.
- Monitor stock availability and proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Generate and analyze service reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes and customer SLAs.
- Support new product launches and promotions with seamless service execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes and systems.
